How this shop works
What happens to your money, your order and your visit when you use this site. It is worked out from what Archie-Steeel actually runs, and it changes the moment they change something — nobody writes or edits it by hand.
Archie-Steeel has not written their own terms page yet. Everything below is still true: it describes how the shop works, not what they promise.
Payments
Card payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe on their own hosted surface. This shop never sees or stores your card number — it receives only the fact that a payment succeeded, and the billing details Stripe passes back with it.
Crypto payments. Paying on the crypto rail opens a non-custodial escrow hold on the Stellar network. The funds are held by the agreement itself, not by this shop and not by Lucerna — they move only as the terms both sides accepted allow. Your wallet address and the transaction are public on that network, as all chain activity is.
Booking deposits. Booking a time may hold a deposit. What happens to it if you cancel or do not arrive is set by this shop and is shown to you in full, in plain words, before you agree — and the version you agreed to is the one enforced, never a later edit.
Memberships. Joining a tier records that you are a member so its pricing and perks can apply to you at checkout. Cancelling ends the perks from that point; it does not undo past orders.
Tips. A tip is a voluntary payment on top of a price. It is not refundable by default.
Discount codes. A code you enter is checked against this shop’s own list and applied to that order. Codes can be limited, expire, or be withdrawn; the price shown at checkout before you pay is the price charged.
What an order records
Orders and delivery. Placing an order records what you bought and the address you gave to receive it. A download link, when one applies, is tied to your order and is yours alone.
Shipping. To price and buy postage, the delivery address you enter is sent to the carriers this shop uses. They see what they need to quote and to deliver, and nothing else about you.
Your account here. An account on this shop stores the address you signed up with, your order history, and anything you chose to save. It belongs to this shop, not to Lucerna, and you can ask them for a copy of it or for it to be deleted.
Measurement and advertising
Which link brought you here. If you arrive from a tagged link or an ad, this site stores that fact in a cookie on its own address for 30 days, and attaches it to an order if you buy. It records the campaign and the ad platform’s own click id — never your name, your address, or anything about your device.
Visit counts. This site counts visits — pages opened, and coarse facts like country and device class, chosen by this shop. Those are kept as totals. Your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string are used at the edge to derive them and are never stored.
